Cake
I hate having to cut the cake at someone's wedding so I've always wanted cupcakes. Then it hit me, Nick and I won't have a little cake to eat for our 1 year anniversary. SO, I found this:

I think this is a great compromise! That way you get to do the cutting of the cake thing on the big day, have something for your first anniversary and no one is stuck serving cake. Brilliant!
